Executive Director,
International Partnerships & Strategy

Tran Siu

Tran Siu leads WindSCS’s international partnerships, strategic relationships and engagement with global technology and manufacturing partners.

Tran plays a central role in identifying technologies capable of supporting Australia’s energy transition and developing the commercial relationships required to introduce those solutions into the Australian market.

Working across Asia-Pacific markets, Tran connects technology providers, project owners, investors and delivery partners, supporting WindSCS’s activities in battery storage, solar energy, mining electrification and industrial decarbonisation.

Commercial Strategy & Finance

Luke Matias

Luke Matias leads WindSCS’s commercial strategy, project-finance pathways and customer funding solutions.

 

With extensive experience in commercial finance, structured transactions and asset funding, Luke focuses on making complex energy and infrastructure projects commercially executable. His role includes developing financing strategies, assessing project bankability, structuring equipment and infrastructure funding, and connecting customers with appropriate capital partners.

 

Luke works across WindSCS’s battery-storage, renewable-energy, mining-electrification and industrial-decarbonisation activities, helping align technology, capital, customer requirements and project delivery into a commercially viable solution.

Executive Director,
Projects & Supply Chain

Tony Noske

Tony Noske leads WindSCS’s project-development, logistics and specialist supply-chain activities.

With more than four decades of experience in high-productivity supply-chain solutions, Tony has extensive knowledge of complex transport, port, heavy-lift and project-delivery requirements. Over the past decade, he has applied this experience to major renewable-energy and infrastructure opportunities.

Tony coordinates the specialist partners required to move projects from planning into delivery, including ports, shipping, heavy haulage, cranes, installation services, contractor engagement and project logistics.

Advisory Board

Michael Pearce SC

Michael Pearce SC provides WindSCS with senior strategic, governance, legal and international-relations expertise as Chairman of the company’s Advisory Board.

Michael is a highly experienced Senior Counsel whose practice spans commercial law, contractual disputes, corporations law, property, equity, competition and international matters. His broader professional experience includes banking and finance, government, dispute resolution and senior governance appointments.

Since 2012, Michael has also served as the Honorary Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Melbourne, representing Germany and supporting diplomatic, commercial, cultural and community relationships between Germany and Victoria.

Through the Advisory Board, Michael supports WindSCS in relation to corporate governance, major commercial relationships, complex transactions, strategic risk and the company’s continued development as an Australian and international energy-solutions platform.

Korea & International Partnerships

Jean Ough

WindSCS Representative — Republic of Korea

Jean Ough supports WindSCS’s strategic engagement with South Korean industry, government, technology providers and investment partners.

Jean brings extensive experience in Australia–Korea trade and investment, having previously served for 12 years as the Western Australian Government’s Trade Commissioner in South Korea. He has been closely involved in facilitating international commercial relationships and supporting Australian organisations entering the Korean market.

With experience across renewable energy, electric-vehicle battery materials, technology and cross-border investment, Jean assists WindSCS in identifying strategic partners, developing market opportunities and strengthening commercial relationships between Australia and South Korea.
